Upgrading Netty-socketio makes ARSnova compatible to newer versions of
the official socket.io client.

Version information is now compiled as part of a build and written to
version.properties. It is exposed by the API.

This patch makes Spring.IO usable with ARSnova Backend and also updates
some dependiencies not beeing upgraded in ARSnova Backend POM
so I removed explicit version declaration.

Problems with json-path-assert dit not occure, so i removed version
declaration and use managed version 2.0.0.

Remove obsolete version properties

Spring Framework has been upgraded to version 4.1.x along with other
dependencies.

The updated Netty-socketio adds compatibility with
socket.io-client >= 1.3.

Presenter now starts a proxy server to the backend API on its own.

This updates Spring, Netty-socketio and additional libraries to their
latest patch releases.

Use JaCoCo instead of Cobertura and remove obsolete Sunfire excludes.
