cloud settings, the bold and italic font sliders
are enabled according to the actual setting.

This commit deletes the console output of tag cloud settings
introduced for debug purposes, since it is uncommon to output
settings to be sent in production.

Add Expansion-Panel for Fonts

To make the best use of space in the expansion
panels, this commit centers the headings. Also,
the term "Automatic spelling" is replaced with
"Spell check" as this is more understandable.
