Tweak: Connection quality indicator

Christopher Mark Fullarton requested to merge fix_connectionQualityTweaks into staging

With this update the connection quality indicator will be displayed as icon in every page. It is a embedded svg icon which will adapt it's look & feel if the connection process is running.

The number of insertions has been reduced to 15. The insertion process will repeat every 30 seconds.
