Performance indicator for WebSocket connection symbolized on every view (client and owner)

The performance indicator is great!

What about showing a widget on every view (client and owner side,) e.g. a WLAN icon in three colors: green, orange, red. A click on it will show the performance details.

I think we can reduce the number of connection checks to, say, 3 times in order not to overload the connection in the first moment when 100 clients load the landing page simultaneously.
