Added a button for speakers to download the answers as a csv file. The
button is located in the panels where the answers can be looked at.
Excluded Hotspot-Questions.

Prior this commit the overlay buttons were only visible in active
projector mode. With this changes the visibility conditions have been
changed to a minimum viewport size of 840px.

this error occurred when the showcase panel was renderered faster than
the first inner panel could be created

- switch adhoc creation button icon
- fix wrong question variant upon adhoc showcase entry
- add adhoc creation handler in flashcard questions controller

Modal panels have been replaced with Ext.MessageBox instances. Import
and Export to arsnova.click have been added. The upload input is
invisible and is triggered by button clicks.

Messages and titles for modal popups have been replaced for flashcard
variant.
