Resolve "Content creation refactoring"

Proposed changes

- Now there is a base template which defines the title, subject and content-group of an content. The different content-creations inherit from it.

- The input field for content groups shows the existing content groups in the room.

Testing

Create contents of any type and select existing content-group in this room.
