/auth/services now returns the redirection URL instead of pointing
directly to the service.

Added support for an activation webpage and renamed dialog config param
for consistency.

The API returned "ldap" instead of "guest" for guest authentication
before.

LDAP login now returns status codes 200/401 instead of using
redirection.
