The implementation (introduced by
2084f33a) was to permissive and posed a
security risk. As a consequence, cross origin requests requiring client
authentication are no longer possible.

This updates Spring, Netty-socketio and additional libraries to their
latest patch releases.

This updates Spring, Logging and Netty-socketio. The new Netty-socketio
version fixes memory leaks and disables SSL3 encryption (POODLE
vulnerability).

Netty-socketio 1.7.3 fixes memory leaks.

Cherry-pick commit 4015a255 which was lost in merge.

This is no longer needed since the "released for" per question setting
has been removed.
