Deleted old cleaning-function-service and implemented full comment cleaning in existing create-comment-keywords.ts

There are some changes in the backend
which have to be changed here to fit.

This commit fixes the UserRole error.
After a user enters a room,
another check is performed to ensure his role.

There are now many events for the room,
that can be received via websocket.

Implemented cleaning function service and removed the old unused method in create-comment.component.ts.

[Ticket: #96]

This commit ensures that the tag cloud administration window is updated
when the blacklist or profanity list is updated. This will apply the new
settings directly.
