Removes empty lines and spaces.

Group 4 wanted a different rotation mechanism. Also, some code was cleaned up.

Previously, you could set an angle to rotate random words of
all weight classes. This commit removes that setting option; instead, you can set a separate rotation angle
for each weight class by which the words randomly
selected from that weight class are rotated.

Added regex for the spacy response, added tooltips to buttons and checkboxes, cleaned es-lint errors in create-comment.component.ts and spacy-dialog.component.ts
