A partial commit to the upcoming meeting.

Previously, you could set a maximum font size for the
topic cloud. Now, instead, you can set what multiple of
the smallest font size the largest font size should
correspond to. To make this clearer, the tooltip has been
adjusted accordingly.

Previously, you could set an angle to rotate random words of
all weight classes. This commit removes that setting option; instead, you can set a separate rotation angle
for each weight class by which the words randomly
selected from that weight class are rotated.

The settings for font color and the maximum number of words per
weight class were linked to the ts file and the interface.
Furthermore, texts and translations were adjusted.
