Add function 'demoToggle' in tag-cloud.component for demo switch.
Add 'demoData.ts' for default demo-data.

This commit is partial and does not support full functionality.
The limitation of the tags within the cloud does not work yet.

We needed to use the EventService to bring the data from the
tag-cloud component into the header component. The event is
called every time we analyze new data in the tag cloud.

The settings for font color and the maximum number of words per
weight class were linked to the ts file and the interface.
Furthermore, texts and translations were adjusted.

This post inserts the settings for all ten weight classes.
It separates them with horizontal lines, adjusts the design
and offers a translation.

The angular-tag-cloud-module did not reset scaling when custom angles were set.

Default values for the settings for the ten weight-classes are inserted into the cloud-configuration component,
so that you can edit then.

In addition, an expansion panel with an example entry is crated.
