Sometimes the tag cloud did a redraw unnecessarily
when joining the tag cloud via dialog.

Now when a creator enters a room,
he can see the message that the
room can be updated and thus
the keywords can be created automatically.

The room was not updated within the
administration service, so the
blacklist was not updated.

Also denied keywords with less than 2 character.
