disabled button when comment body is empty

While keywords are being edited, the send should be disabled

disable button as long as one or multiple edits are happening

Deleted old cleaning-function-service and implemented full comment cleaning in existing create-comment-keywords.ts

Implemented cleaning function service and removed the old unused method in create-comment.component.ts.

Group 4 wanted a different rotation mechanism. Also, some code was cleaned up.

Added regex for the spacy response, added tooltips to buttons and checkboxes, cleaned es-lint errors in create-comment.component.ts and spacy-dialog.component.ts
