WIP: Cafeteria wizard changes

* [ ] Replace TabBarView with Stepper Stepper unfortunately does not seem to work with our current project. Specifically horizontal mode does not support the amount of items we have in the wizard. Styling is also limited.

  • Use the existing TabBarView to implement Designs
