These tests exercise the happy path. If needed, negative tests could
be added in the future.

Ektorp's default implementation expects purge_seq to be of type int.
CouchDB 2.x purge_seq is of type String.

This fixes issue #33. However, it is still unclear why different
beans are shared between test and production code.

Both the RoomRepository as well as the CacheManager beans were
not shared between test and production classes. Hence, when we
set up some mocks (or caches), the mocked values were not
present in the production classes.

We explicitly force instance sharing by applying the Singleton pattern.

The field of the inner class is kept for compatibilty reasons.

* Use EntityService for /v2 API
* Always use queue and bulk saving
* Implement access control for CRUD

Child entities are now deleted by an event handler of their service
class.

RunAs is used to reduce permission lookups for internal method calls.

Slighly refactored ControllerAdvices to include handling of Spring's

Use patch instead of full update.

Partially reverts changes of 9d0255e7.
Added helper methods to Room which transform the ContentGroup collection
from Set to Map. Content IDs are now removed from groups when Contents
are deleted.

Replaced the following events with StateChangeEvent:
* FeatureChangeEvent
* LockFeedbackEvent
* LockQuestionEvent
* LockVoteEvent
* LockVotesEvent
* PiRoundCancelEvent
* PiRoundDelayedStartEvent
* PiRoundEndEvent
* PiRoundResetEvent
* StatusRoomEvent
* UnlockQuestionEvent
* UnlockVoteEvent

Removed the following redundant events:
* DeleteAllLectureAnswersEvent
* DeleteAllPrepareationAnswersEvent
* DeleteAllQuestionsAnswersEvent
* DeleteAllQuestionsEvent
* LockQuestionsEvent
* UnlockQuestionsEvent
* UnlockVotesEvent

To trigger events, some code was migrated to use EntityServices instead
of directly accessing Repositories.

The hook methed was never called.

The event is now published for every single patched entity.

`modifyRetrieved` can be overriden to modify Entities before they are
returned by CRUD methods.

Mock the correct method.

Patching of child objects is now handled.

This was broken by refactoring of events.
