Consistently use singular for packages which contain mixed kinds of
classes. Moved a few classes to packages that better fit them.

This enables the manipulation of Comments (creatorId) before creation
for API v3.

Closes !80.

A new cache 'room.id-by-shortid' has been introduced to speed up ID
lookups.

Some legacy identifiers remain very persistently.

Moved PI timer logic to its own service. The implementation for room
owner changes has been removed for now.

With the use of JSON views they are no longer necessary.

Added new service for comments.

* Moved classes from `de.thm.arsnova` root package.

* Do not start interface names with `I`. Appended `Impl` to the
  implementing class instead.
* Renamed learning progress classes to score and move them from
  `.domain` to a new `.services.score` package.
* Do not capitalize acronyms in class names:
    * CASLogoutSuccessHandler -> CasLogoutSuccessHandler
    * SocketIO* -> Socketio*
* Renamed `.socket` package to `.websocket`

(Lecturer/Skill)Question has been renamed to Content. Method names have
not been touched yet to ease reviewing the changes.

InterposedQuestion has been renamed to Comment. Method names have not
been touched yet to ease reviewing the changes.

Additionally, remove unused loggers.

Reasons:
* not used consistently
* Java signatures are not helpful
* Return type should not be hard-coded in a String

Statistics model now correctly uses value instead of notes for
documentation of properties.

added labeled deprecated rest endpoints to api documentation, commentet and included the feedbackController

The resource by default now includes the total stats. A user parameter
has been added to request user specific data.

This change intends to restore compatibility with ARSnova Overlay.

Updated copyright year and adjusted header format to be consistent over
all files and with other ARSnova projects.
