Resolve IP2WS234G2-160

Maximilian Firla requested to merge IP2WS234G2-160 into develop
  • fixes breakpoints for the cards in choosemethod.component.html (shrinking screen size caused cards to overlap each other)
  • adds folder modals in .../modules/modals to organize and store modals
  • adds ChoosemethodInfoModalComponent which contains and presents information about the 3 methods
  • adds hover style to the choosemethod cards and makes them clickable (to display info modal)
