Feature: Confidence slider for the voting view

Adds a confidence slider for the voting view. Although the values are saved to the database they are currently not displayed.

As a collateral damage the footer button of the voting view had to be fixed. Clicking on the response buttons for SC questions will now flip other already enabled result buttons and show the forward button of the voting view.
