Feature: Tabbable app

Christopher Mark Fullarton requested to merge feature_wai-aria-tags into staging

This feature will allow the user to tab through the application. If he clicks somewhere the "tabbing mode" will be left and the borders around the currently focused item will be removed.

The close button of the dialog windows is now inside the window which increases the user experience on mobile devices.
