WIP Feature: Markdeep instead of markdown

Upgrade to markdeep (Fixes #393 (closed))

• Headers are marked in a different way

• Hyperlinks usage isn't correctly (link to arsnova.click/url_here)

• Code is marked in a different way

• Display the code in a more highlighted way

• LaTex is marked in a different way

• Cite is marked in a different way
