Add new style theme neongrey

For this theme I choose the color set a light grey for the background, because the background is the most uninteressting part of the app and should not arouse attention, a light green for the buttons which brings the user forward and in complementary contrast to that magenta for the buttons that delete something or bring the user back to show the dichotomy of these actions. This also was my intention to use blue with orange in the hashtagmanagment pop up. I used many colors according to the color scheme/ number of colors table of Nick Kolenda and the colors I used are also according to the color table in his article “Color Psychology: The Complete Guide for Marketers” where I picked the colors with the highest values. To comprehend my decisions see the table below.
