Add style theme "Touch of blue"

Blue is a calm color, triggering a low level of arousal. This is an important factor for the app, as a low level of arousal improves rational thinking, which the user needs to answer the questions of a quiz. The color palette is limited to a few colors, as too many colors can have a negative impact on the user experience.

• Back and forward buttons stay red and green (but wit a lower chroma), to stick out from the rest of the site.
• Dark blue backgrounds contain white texts and light blue backgrounds have grey to black texts, again to make them stick out.
