SWT: new theme

This new theme is based on Color Psychology: The Complete Guide for Marketers by Nick Kolenda. I mainly used the colors yellow and orange. As you can see in the following image according to Nick Kolenda yellow and orange in a low value are good colors for generating excitement. This should improve the user's attention and sets the focus on action. Although Nick Kolenda's diagram lists yellow as a female color, this theme may be used by male and female users.

Button colors are still red and green for visual help. Text input fields are white to get a clear seperation from the background and to set the focus on the form.

The Right and Wrong Buttons got a grey surrounding to seperate them from the input field.

Added a red colored hover effect for sound and reading confirmation.

Also added a black colored hover effect for other menu items on the bottom

Changed background color for reading confirmation to match the basic design.
