Splashscreen instances

Christopher Mark Fullarton requested to merge splashscreenInstance into staging

This update will introduce a new ES6 splashscreen class. All old splashscreen Meteor templates have been replaced by this class. The documentation to the splashscreen can be found at /client/plugins/splashscreen/scripts/lib.js

This MR targets the issues #153 (closed), #148 (closed), #124 (closed) and #142 (closed).
