Added navbar glyphicon instead of navbar. Can be collapsed. Issue#81

Once the navbar is collapsed, the glyphicon is hidden and will not show up again. If we are displaying the navbar and the glyphicon either, there will be a huge loss of usable space on the site - not the behaviour you want in a "mobile first"-app.
