Card wall for views

This changes the view for both the students view for his interposed questions and the freetext answers for the lecturer.

When the freetext question is a fixedAnswerQuestion (will be evaluated by the given attributes), instead of the subject (which in this scenario isn't used) it is shown whether the answer is right or wrong.
