This reverts commit f837143f, reversing
changes made to 4191d846.

Removed the default 'remove quotes" option and added a line for HTML compressor options to the project.properties file. Addresses #118

There is no need to make three or more requests for data the server
provides in on resource. The less requests, the less time to wait for
responses.

Change tab panel if response has HTTP code 200 and resource value
is greater than zero.

A user will not recognize manifest update because any data is stored on
server or has been deleted from storage.

This checks if manifest file has any changes. Changes will be made by
build server on each deploy. If there are any changes, the old application
cache will be invalidated and updated.

This enables request for URI "/doLogin" for guest accounts and enables
simulated server side authentication for guests.

StatisticsPanel still calculates average feedback value itself from
couchdb result set - tabPanel uses new RESTful request.

0 indicates 'feedbackGood'
...
2 indicates 'feedbackBad'
...

This change should be reviewed!

Server side implementation handles possible values between 0 and 3,
so these are the possible values for feedback tab - same value range
for all feedback requests.

If an error occures, it will use default feedback icon.

Server will raise NotFoundException resulting in HTTP 404 if requesting
average feedback and no feedback is available. This will display the
default feedback icon.
