SSO login

SSO login buttons are dynamically added based on the authentication provider config received from backend API. They commence the SSO login by opening the SSO's login page in a popup. Authentication details are then retrieved from the API once the popup is closed.

Well, I don't think the template code is mergeable anymore. I have removed the template/SCSS code and just readded the buttons without checking layout and styling. Might be broken.
