Hide comment-icons if they are not marked
requested to merge 249-only-show-comment-icons-to-students-for-read-etc-when-lecturer-activates-them into master
- Hide the comment icons (correct, favorite, read) if they are not marked
- Set header-icon labels font size to medium, related to #330 (closed)
