Fix default content group

Proposed changes

- Content groups have a default name which is translated into current language

- Language-service remembers current language

- Several fixes

Testing

1. Create new content without entering collection -> Content-group should be named as 'Default'(en) or 'Standard'(de).

2. Change language on each page and refresh it -> the language should remain the same.
