Count badge on comment page

The current number of comments should be visible. The counter should update itself.

Placement suggestion: to the left of the sort icon

Please do not show the count badge if there are not any comments.

Should it represent the currently visible comments (reduced by filters), or should it represent the number of comments a participant/lecturer can see?

Number of filtered comments is significantly better. Change the background color of the count badge if the number refers to filtered comments.

The color is easily adjustable via theme.
