[Quiz-Manager] Adds question modification buttons
This feature targets the buttons in the question card in the quiz manager. The icons are now embedded in buttons. Depending on the screen size (and the logic - eg. the "up" buttons are hidden for the first questions) some labels are shown which explain what the button will do to the question.
New here: Move a question to the top / to the bottom. New Questions are added to the top instead of the bottom so that they can be easily spotted through the changes to the quiz manager question list.
Feel free to give me some feedback considering the design and especially the naming of the up / down buttons. I'm not sure if the translations are appropriate.
