Merge EwCSS task into staging

This merge request was to meet the requirements for the EwCSS module.

The task was to create a data-safe environment within an ongoing quiz to prevent people from knowing the correct answer. We fixed the issue where people could have access to the result of a question in a quiz before the question was answered.
