Edited the docker-compose.yml file to exclude the created folders by "rabbitMQ" and "MongoDB". Added files to .gitignore that will be created using https://git.thm.de/arsnova/arsnova-click-v2/wikis/Developer-Installationguide, so new Students don't accidently push them.
