Feature/notifications
'Notification' is a feature that allows you to manage notifications of certain events within your ARSnova session and get a message via browser notification or an email.
The following task are still WIP and needs to be adapted:
- improve browser notification spam protection
- add email localization and spam protection
- improve backend code quality (ARSnovaSocketIOServer)
