New Feature: FreeText Answer Text Checker

This feature provides an implementation of a text checking method for freetext questions and their answers. The correct answer given by the teacher is compared with the answer text that a student submits. Additional evaluation rules (case sensitive, punctuation, whitespace) are available and can be triggered from the frontend.
