Monitoring configuration

We have been using Stagemonitor for performance monitoring for quite some time. But up to now, additional dependencies had to be included with builds so monitoring was only supported on a separate branch to avoid bloating the war file.

The monitoring setup has now been optimized to use Stagemonitor libraries provided by the host system. ARSnova only includes the dependencies for annotations.
