Removed surrounding formpanel; Changed margins; Added dynamic edit
button rearangement depending on screen width;

Due to width limitations on mobile devices, the two additional buttons
will be shown in an extra row - below the existing buttons. On
devices/browser windows with a screen width >= 620px all five buttons
will be shown in one row.

The rendering of the two rows/one row-mode is dynamic and will update
automatically on window resize.

Closes GH-24.

The aim of this change is to better communicate
the steps needed to run ARSnova mobile and backend
continuously. The essential steps are to first
start the Jetty server, and then to use Grunt to
start a proxy and to watch the file system.

Previously, the section was a bit ambiguous as
to what the exact order of the commands is.
For example, `grunt build` is not part of the continuous
build process, but was mentioned in this section.

Updated grunt-connect-proxy dependency. See

Also changed default minute setting to 3.
