Make allergen warnings more readable

I noticed that almost all allergens and disliked ingredients get truncated (see screenshot below). Maybe we should use shorter words wherever possible or abbreviations instead.

I checked the official menu over at https://www.studentenwerk-giessen.de/essen-trinken/gie%C3%9Fen/mensa-thm-giessen.html (you need to expand the "Legende" bar below the side dishes first) and their list of allergens just says "Milk" and "Eggs" instead of "Milk products" like ours so we're probably safe here. What do you think?
