Bugs with tree parsing

The following bugs need to be fixed:

• The unstep button breaks the simulation because the next rule is not updated.
• The reset button crashes the site and one needs to refresh.
• The end states selection box is cut off
• The input side can be modified during the simulation but has no effects -> make uneditable
