Replace M31 image (#206)

* Replace the incorrect image of M31 with a correct one and update the attributions.

Strictly speaking we don't need an attribution for this image, but credit where credit's due.  Unfortunately we're going to have to rely on volunteers to fix the languages I've just broken.
