dstore version is now locked at 0.1.1 since 0.2 introduces breaking
changes.

libarsnova-js now utilizes Grunt to perform builds, NPM for development
dependencies and Bower for browser dependencies. Maven builds are no
longer possible. Additionally the directory tree has been flattened.

The new build system supports builds using grunt-amd-build instead of
the Dojo build system which includes the RequireJS loader instead of
Dojo's. It is also possible preforming builds w/o a loader at all.

The Dojo build now utilizes UglifyJS instead of Closure for
minification and is used as default task. UglifyJS significantly
decreases build time.

The build output has been optimized so only relevant files are copied
to the build dir.

libarsnova can no longer be built by Maven. For now the POM is kept for
automated code analysis with JSHint and Sonar. The build shell script
has been removed.

This commit starts the migration from Dojo 1.x's dojo/store to Sitepen's
dstore which will provide the data management API for Dojo 2.x.

Models and property maps are introduced to allow offline data validation
and reduce the coupling with the REST API. Irrelevant properties sent by
the API are filtered. Inconsitently and missleadingly named properties
are mapped to proper names.
