Fix up/downvote for comment

As a user, I want the upvote and downvote buttons for comments to be properly aligned so that I can easily interact with them without confusion or misclicks.

Problem: The upvote and downvote buttons for a comment are not correctly aligned. The upvote is closer too the count than the downvote.

Solution: Fix the alignment of the upvote and downvote buttons, ensuring they are visually positioned correctly and intuitively within the comment interface. Increase space between upvote and count. Or decrease the space between downvote and count.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The upvote and downvote buttons are rightly aligned.
• Testing has been conducted to ensure proper functionality and visual correctness on mobile, tablet, and desktop views.
