Add alphanumeric code for rooms

Two Room shortIds should be provided

• The current numeric Code with 8 digits (already implemented)
• Alphanumeric ShortId provided by the User with a length of 3 up to 20 characters

If the alphanumeric Code already exists return an error to the Client
