Saving external media locally

1. Disable button for embedding videos when app is hostet on arsnova-router solutions (NUC, Raspberry Pi, etc.)

2. Figure out a solution for offline use (specially for arsnova-router project) that:

   • Save images locally
   • Load images from local file directory
   • MathJax fallback
