Rework nickname glyphicon

• light the nickname-glyphicon green if any nicknames are selected

• change the label-text to "free choice" if no nicknames are selected

• add a button "remove all nicknames" or "reset" above the list of the selected ones (like the "select all"-button on top of the available nicknames)
