Sound button should show whether sound is active

First, sound should be active by default, otherwise new users could oversee this nice feature.

Second, the colour of the sound button should show the state of activation: green = sound is active, red = sound is inactive.

Third, the sound button should also be shown on the voting panel, in case the instructor wants to stop it.
