Improve the emergency-button

The emergency-button needs an splashscreen which informs you about the following executions:

• students will be redirected to the home-page
• the ranking and quiz-lobby will be deleted
• the question, answer-options, time configuration, .... will be stored in the local-storage
• every session-data will be removed from the server (except the hashtag)
