* Use Spring MVC instead of Apache CXF JAX-RS implementation
* Upgraded Spring Framework to 4.0
* Use Spring Java Config instead of XML config files in service application
* Added basic Ilias Repository access including LDAP authentication

There are three indicated roles used for ARSnova:
  TEACHER
  MEMBER
  OTHER

This patch contains all changes to identify these ARSnova roles with an
additional role OTHERS which is not used at this time.

With this changes Stud.IP is supported. Further changes to test environment
were made to create different tests for each target platform.

In addition to model extension this patch contains some smaller
refactorings in service.

With this patch the used model was replaced by an extended version.
Old values are still usable, except of property Membership.ismember as
it was replaced by Membership.member.

This changeset provide some major changes in project layout. The entity
model was extracted into a sub module. The service implementation is not
limited to Moodle platform, it may be configured to use other
data access objects on load time (e.g. Ilias, StudIP).

The demo application uses highlightning and asks for dojo framework from
ajax google api.

This app is available at "demo.html" and needs HTTP Basic Auth as well as
the REST service itself.
